I just got back from my Wyoming trip (see my post from a while back) and the snow was great and the partying even better!
I picked up my new Savage on Tuesday and have started to break it in and have to say that I've finally found something to do with my summers!! I can't wait to get the supertrapp on this weekend. By the way, as for warranty concerns thanks to everyone for the warnings. I asked my dealer about it though and he just told me to throw it on but make sure I ride it down and let him take a listen! :o) Also had some problems with the first battery being skunky (only had one start in it after they charged it...don't ask me) but he came all the way over here (about 50 miles) to replace it for me right in my driveway. It's worth finding a dealer you're comfortable with!
I haven't had any problem with the bike backfiring UNLESS I throttle all the way back when going from highway speeds. I hope the supetrapp doesn't make it worse.
